Returns & Exchanges Policy

At LisDanel Boutique we curate a highly selective collection of contemporary and vintage luxury designer clothing handbags, accessories and select art. Because of the rare and delicate nature of our inventory, we enforce a strict return policy to maintain the integrity of our pieces.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the confirmed date of delivery to request a return and dispatch your package back to us. Return requests initiated after this 7-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

1. The Security Tag Policy (Strictly Enforced)

Every item we ship is attached with a visible, tamper-evident Security Tag.

• Do not remove or alter this tag if you are considering a return.

• If the security tag is cut, broken, peeled, missing, or shows any signs of tampering, the item is completely ineligible for a return or a refund, and the package will be sent back to you at your expense.

1. Return Shipping & Fees

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

• Tracked Shipping Required: We highly recommend shipping your return via a secure, tracked, and insured carrier (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). LisDanel Boutique is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

1. Condition & Damages

All merchandise must be returned in the exact condition it was received: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original designer labels, dust bags, and packaging intact.

• Inspection Process: Upon arrival, your return will undergo a rigorous luxury authentication and condition inspection.

• Liability for Damages: The customer is financially liable for any and all damages incurred while the item is in their possession or during return transit. This includes, but is not limited to, makeup stains, perfume odors, snags, missing hardware, or fabric tears. If an item is returned damaged, a deduction matching the loss in resale value (up to 100% of the purchase price) will be withheld from your refund.

3. Once authorized, secure the item safely in its original packaging, ensuring the Security Tag is fully intact and visible.

4. Ship the package using your preferred insured carrier to us at LisDanel Boutique, 2355 Palm Lake Dr., Merritt Island, FL  32952. 

5. Email the tracking number to us at LisDanelBoutique@gmail.com.
