Luxury & Vintage Condition Disclosure

We curate a highly selective collection of contemporary and vintage women's luxury designer clothing.

Vintage clothing sizes frequently differ from modern sizing standards. We provide exact measurements for every item. The buyer is responsible for reviewing these measurements prior to purchase; returns based on fit are strictly subject to our 7-day return policy.

Vintage items have a history and may exhibit minor signs of age or wear. All distinct flaws or condition notes are detailed in the product listing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the unique nature of vintage merchandise.

Purchase and Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD and exclude shipping, taxes, and duties unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion due to inventory limitations, inaccuracies in product data, or suspected fraud. Payment processing is handled securely via authorized third-party gateways.

Anti-Wardrobing & Return Policy Boundaries

Our return policy is designed to prevent return fraud ("wardrobing") and preserve our delicate inventory.

All return requests must be initiated within seven (7) days of verified delivery.

Every garment is dispatched with a visible, uniquely serial-numbered security tag. If this tag is cut, removed, peeled, broken, or tampered with in any capacity, the item immediately becomes 100% FINAL SALE.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original designer packaging. The customer is fully liable for return shipping costs and any physical or scent damage (e.g., perfume, makeup stains) sustained while the item is in their possession or during return transit.

and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unapproved replication or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

LisDanel Boutique, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services or items purchased through the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brevard County, Florida, USA without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
